Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Most in-stock items are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Large outboard motors and special-order items may require additional processing time. Customers will be notified if delays occur.
Shipping Methods
We partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure reliable delivery of your order. Shipping methods are selected based on the size, weight, and destination of the shipment.
Available shipping options may include:
- Standard Shipping
- Express Shipping (where available)
- Freight Delivery for large outboard motors and oversized equipment
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are:
- Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days
- International Orders: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on:
- Product size and weight
- Delivery destination
- Selected shipping method
Any applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, or import charges for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number (if available). You can use this information to monitor your shipment until delivery.
Delivery of Large Items
Outboard motors and other oversized products may require freight delivery. The carrier may contact you to arrange a convenient delivery appointment.
Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the shipment upon arrival.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or items are missing:
- Inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery.
- Note any visible damage before signing for the package, if possible.
- Contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and photographs of any damage to help us resolve the issue promptly.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen events such as severe weather, customs inspections, transportation disruptions, or high shipping volumes may cause delays.
We appreciate your patience and will assist in tracking your shipment whenever possible.
