2027 Tohatsu 20 HP MFS20EL Outboard Motor

The 2027 Tohatsu 20 HP MFS20EL Outboard Motor is a lightweight, fuel-efficient 4-stroke outboard designed to deliver dependable performance for recreational and commercial boating. Equipped with Tohatsu’s advanced battery-less Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) system, this outboard provides quick, choke-free manual starts, smooth throttle response, and outstanding fuel economy. As one of the lightest 20 HP outboards in its class, the MFS20EL offers an excellent balance of portability, power, and reliability for a wide range of boating applications.

Powered by a 333cc twin-cylinder engine, the MFS20EL features a 20-inch long shaft, manual recoil start, and tiller handle steering, making it an excellent choice for aluminum fishing boats, inflatables, jon boats, skiffs, utility boats, and sailboats requiring a long-shaft configuration. Its advanced EFI system ensures smooth acceleration across the RPM range, while the lightweight design and improved center of gravity make handling and tilting easier than previous generations.

Built for durability and ease of maintenance, the MFS20EL includes a digital ECU-controlled ignition system, through-propeller exhaust, thermostatically controlled cooling, a canister-style oil filter, a fuel-water separator, shallow water drive, start-in-gear protection, and an over-rev limiter. Constructed with corrosion-resistant marine-grade components and compliant with EPA and CARB emissions standards, this outboard is ready for reliable operation in both freshwater and saltwater environments. Whether you’re fishing, exploring inland lakes, or cruising coastal waters, the 2027 Tohatsu 20 HP MFS20EL delivers the performance, efficiency, and reliability that Tohatsu is known for.
