The 2027 Tohatsu 9.8 HP MFS9.8CWEFUL EFI Outboard Motor delivers efficient, dependable four-stroke power in a distinctive Beluga White finish. Its battery-less Electronic Fuel Injection system provides reliable starting, stable idling, precise fuel delivery, and responsive acceleration without requiring battery power to operate the EFI system.
Powered by a compact 209cc two-cylinder engine, the MFS9.8CWEFUL offers smooth, quiet performance with reduced vibration. This configuration features a 25-inch ultra-long shaft, electric starting with manual recoil backup, ergonomic tiller steering, and a dependable manual tilt system.
The front-mounted Forward–Neutral–Reverse shift lever places gear selection within easy reach. Six trim positions and shallow-water drive provide greater operating flexibility, while the optimized center of gravity reduces the effort required to tilt the motor manually.
A standard 12V, 84W, 7A charging system helps maintain the starting battery and support compatible onboard electronics.
