The powerful 4kW transmitter and open-array antenna provide a maximum detection range of up to 48 nautical miles. Dual-speed antenna rotation supports both standard 24 rpm operation and fast 48 rpm scanning, making the radar suitable for high-speed vessels, river navigation, and congested waterways.
Dual-Range Radar Display
The dual-range function divides the screen into two independent radar views. Operators can monitor nearby traffic on a short-range scale while simultaneously watching weather, coastlines, and distant vessels on a longer-range scale.
The True Trail function helps distinguish moving targets from stationary objects such as land and navigation buoys. Target expansion and interference rejection further improve radar-image clarity in busy or difficult operating conditions.
AIS and Target-Tracking Capability
An AIS interface allows compatible AIS targets to appear on the radar display, helping operators monitor vessel movements and assess collision risks. The system supports CPA and TCPA alarms when the required navigation data is connected. An optional Automatic Tracking Aid can track up to 50 radar targets.
